Who we are

Welcome to the ZS group homepage. We are a training and advice bureau based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We focus primarily on the people within an organisation or company. In our opinion, an organisation only works smoothly when the staff and management function well together.

Our mission is to enable people to experience and recognise developments.

What kind of developments, which developments? All developments! For more than 45 years the ZS group has been supporting companies. Our training, coaching and advice is targeted at organisational development, communication, leadership, teamwork and personal effectiveness.

From the 'shop floor' to the boardroom table, all the people with whom we work within an organisation make significant progress in the development and growth of their organisational and personal skills.
